ASHTABULA, Ohio – Chef Daniel Bolaños and event planner Katie Sahadi are launching Saed Supper Club. Its first dinner is a four-course meal with wine pairings at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Fitzgerald’s Wine Bar in Ashtabula’s lively Harbor neighborhood.
